Safety concerns

If another member, message or listing worries you, use the in-app Report action where it appears. Reports can include relevant item or conversation context and are reviewed through Swapties' admin moderation tools.

You can also use Block to stop new interaction with a member while keeping historical swap and conversation context available.

Reports and support are not monitored as an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services rather than waiting for an app response.

Swap problems and moderation questions

For an accepted swap that is not complete, open its conversation, select Current swap, then choose Report a problem on the swap detail page. An unresolved dispute pauses completion; it does not guarantee compensation, recovery or a particular outcome. Continue recording relevant progress honestly.

Report member in the conversation menu is a separate safety report, not a swap dispute, and does not by itself pause completion.

If you think a listing or account decision is wrong, use this form to ask for a review. Choose Listing/item issue or Account/login and describe the decision and the relevant listing. This is a support request, not an automatic reversal or a guaranteed response time. Do not keep changing content to evade safety checks.

Account access

If you cannot get into your account, use the password reset flow. Swapties will send a recovery link if the account can receive one.

Privacy and account deletion

Account deletion is available from Profile with a typed confirmation. The in-app flow cannot complete while accepted swaps are unfinished or disputes remain unresolved. If you cannot use that flow, or want to ask about access, correction or removal of information, use this form. Read the privacy and deletion explanation for the difference between removing account access and preserving necessary history.

What happens next

Support messages go to Swapties privately. Please do not include passwords, security codes, payment details or other secrets in your message.

A sent confirmation means the email service accepted the message, not that an operator has read it or that a reply is guaranteed by a particular time. If sending fails, your draft stays here so you can try again yourself; no automatic resend is made.
